Aroma: Abundantly fresh, with top notes of the
fruit itself, very pleasant and increasing once the bottle has
been opened.
Taste: Fine and smooth on the palate, its
balance gives it a harmonious taste that makes it appetising
without ever becoming tiring.
This wine was very
lightly filtered and cooled to preserve its intrinsic qualities
to the maximum..
It has the clearly defined personality of a Ribera del
Duero wine.
